Goods in Transit
This policy provides cover for loss or damage to various types of goods while in transit by road, rail or any inland waterway within the geographical area set out in the policy. Cover may be All Risks or for specified perils and may be taken for specific consignments or annually.
Warehousing
This coverage provides protection in the event that negligence on the part of the warehouse results in damage to someone else’s property.
If a facility experiences a loss and a customer’s goods were damaged, the warehouse owner can be held liable for failure to exercise due care over their possessions.
